At VLCTY Racing, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we are here to help.

Returns

Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery if they are unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refunds:

  • Items marked as final sale

  • Used, damaged, or worn items

  • Items returned after the 14-day return window

Exchanges

If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us and we will gladly arrange a replacement or exchange.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
